- Creating, launching and executing monthly, quarterly and yearly SEO campaigns.
- Reviewing and audit client sites for areas that need to be improved or revised.
- Understanding and interpreting various monitoring tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Bing Places, etc.).
- Improve company organic rankings through search engine compliant onsite site techniques.
- Improve company organic rankings through search engine complaint offsite site link building techniques.
- Writing effective headlines, meta titles, meta descriptions.
- Researching and optimizing keywords.
- Staying up to date with the latest search engine updates, news, white hat and black hat tactics so not to violate guidelines.
- Preparing detailed monthly reports.
- Identify areas of improvement.
- Run PPC campaigns and adjusting as necessary.
Kualifikasi Minimum
MCPI is looking for SEO Specialists to join its growing team. New hires will be responsible for improving our client’s organic search results through various white hat strategies. SEO team will aid account managers, web designers, developers and other team members in meeting deadlines, delivering results and exceeding client expectations.
Requirements:
- Knowledgeable about WordPress
- Familiar with SEO Yoast
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Adwords
- Programming background a plus
- Bachelor degree from a top University in related field or comparable experience in the web development required.
- An excellent communicator and collaborator
- Able to organize and manage a team of juniors
- Comfortable talking with clients (via phone, email and in person)
- Detail-oriented in context of a fast-paced environment
- Capable of hitting daily deadlines
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Pleasant, personable demeanor (face-to-face, on the phone and via email)
- Keen ability to multi-task; self-starter
- Capable planner
- Teachable spirit
- Sense of humor
