Business Analyst  

Business Analyst contributing to building a start-up company, and monitor and improve its performance. You report directly to the Vice President of Sales & Operations of the Philippines entity:

• Work along closely with the Vice President of Sales & Operations on process improvement projects
• Leading the sales team and providing them with insights into the performance of the sales teams
• Analyze the current lead database and record high potential leads
• Distribute and manage leads to all the sales agents
• Report on the performance of the leads and conversions to sale
• Analyse and monitor the performance and the operations of the team
• Manage the lead distribution system
• Create incentive campaigns to improve the performance of all the agents
• Ensure all sales activities are correctly recorded in the CRM system
• Preparation and presentation of the results of the campaigns and sales team performances

KPIs:

• Overall performance of the sales team
• Project based as per the goals of the key projects
• Database management and effectivity (sales conversions)
• Accuracy of the CRM system

Required Experience:

• Preferably 1-2 years of experience within the inline position
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Organized, structured, and highly detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills
• Great leadership skills, with ability to excite and inspire all levels of a sales organization
• High sense of urgency and best in class work ethics
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Fluent in English
