Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provides strategic logistics advice to internal decision makers to ensure most cost-effective transportation options are utilized to meet delivery targets.
- Sources shipping, freight, brokerage services and negotiates prices, terms, giving the best profit and cost structure for the company using internal and external benchmarking.
- Administers shipment expediting for inbound and outbound, including documentation process, and logistics functions associated with international shipment transactions.
- Coordinates and manages all domestic and international shipments with logistics providers, custom brokers and freight forwarders ensuring shipments are cleared on time and 0 storage and demurrage charges.
- Sends periodic spend analysis to provide holistic, detailed visibility into spending patterns.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Skills Required: Strategic Ability, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Time Management, Attention to Detail, Achievement, Negotiation
Experience Needed: 2 years of Supply Chain/Logistics experience
Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in in any business, engineering or science course.
