Process Mechanical Lead  

The Process Mechanical Lead main responsibility is to drive AM/PM program across MNC existing production equipment and machineries. In cooperation with the Production Department, the Process Mechanical Lead will develop performance evaluation of machines, analyze existing mechanical system for improvement, and support new projects specifically in the aspect of Early Equipment Management. The Process Mechanical Lead will drive continuous improvement in the mechanical system aspect to improve processes and cut costs.

• Graduate of any Engineering course
• Strong Leadership skill up and down the organization
• Sound Influencing skills in driving TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
• Can teach and communicate with Management and Technician
• Strong capability in Systems Development and Implementation
• Strong cause-effect analytical abilities to solve problems
• Learned, have done, and taught TPM – at least up to AM Step 4 and PM Step 3
• Experienced on Failure Analysis and Breakdown Analysis
• Advance Capability on Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
• Familiar with Use of Specialized Tools and Tests such as Vibration Analysis, etc.
