Strategic Lead Buyer | Indirect Materials  

Job Responsibilities:

1. Primary lead in sourcing high value, high volume materials and services and negotiates prices, terms, giving the best profit and cost structure for the company using internal and external benchmarking.
2. Analyzes multiple data points; trends, economic data that might disruptions in demand and supply to determine forward buying of materials.
3. Send periodic spend analysis to provide holistic, detailed visibility into spending patterns.
4. Ensures that the procurement policies and procedures are complied with.
5. Evaluates vendor performance in determined Key Performance Indicators and recommends actions to the Procurement Head.

1. Realized savings versus previous year spend
2. Live and updated vendor contracts 100%
3. Vendor Delivery-In-Full-and-on-Time (DIFOT) 99%
4. Vendor Compliance to Food Safety, DOLE, MNC Finance and Accounting 100%

Experience Needed: 6 years of procurement experience (Building, Equipment, Maintenance, Logistics)

Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in in any business, engineering or science course. Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Chemical Engineering or Materials Engineering is an advantage.
