Service Advisor  

Assesses service requests, proposes solutions, provides accurate and timely quotations using standard jobs, endorses service work orders for execution, and coordinates with appropriate sections within service administrative and operational policies and standards to ensure work order profitability and customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Receives, assesses and responds to customers' technical inquiries, emergency calls, complaints, and other service concerns in order to address service needs, resolve issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain customer loyalty.
• Coordinates with internal and external customers in order to give timely updates on job completion and ensure continued customer satisfaction.
• Practices contamination control and maintains cleanliness and safety in the designated work areas at all times in order to ensure compliance with government requirements and contamination control policy.
• Maintains and safekeeps assigned company assets in order to ensure proper utilization and good working order of resources.
• Performs other related functions as deemed necessary.

• Graduate of any Engineering course.
• With at least 3 years related experience in Heavy Equipment and Gen Set services.
• Preferably Licensed Engineer.
• Strong analytical & planning skills, good communication & presentation skills and excellent problem-solving skills.
