Environment, Health, Safety & Security Officer  

The main purpose of the position is to assist the EHSS Manager in the implementation of environment, health, safety & security programs in Luzon branches and customer sites that will minimize if not eliminate work hazards, ensure practices that promote health and safety in the workplace and create awareness and positive action to environmental concerns. Act as a Pollution Control Officer for Cebu.

Job Summary:

• Prepare & disseminate reports on Company’s EHSS performance, statistics, and cases in order to generate TM awareness and induce positive changes in behavior.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, training materials on Safety, documents needed for Government and client requirements in order to give an update to EHSS Manager.
• Submit quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports to DOLE, DENR, and LLDA.
• Act as Safety Officer and Pollution Control Officer.
• Assists in the investigation of accidents (in coordination with the C1 of the victim) and submits an independent report and analysis of accidents to the EHSS Manager.
• Coordinate with B&G in the inspection on Fire Safety Equipment to ensure compliance to government.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4 year course, with at least 4 years experience as Safety Officer.
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu.
• Preferably with Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training.
• With experience as a Pollution Control Officer.
• With strong analytical and planning skills, good communication, presentation skills and excellent problem-solving skills.
