Technical Services Supervisor  

Supervises, develops, implements and maintains all claims, minor inquiries, and regulations handled by the Technical Services - Warranty section within Caterpillar and Allied products warranty guidelines with the objective of providing warranty guidance, support and basic technical assistance to Service and Sales for the fulfillment of the company’s service obligations to its clients and customers and to replenish dealer expense acquired during warranty period.

Job Summary:

• Goodwill to specific product failures in order to maintain good working relationship and support between customers, Monark, and principals.
• Coordination meetings with concerned Sales and Support Departments in order to ensure customers’ warranty and technical issues and disputes are proactively addressed.
• Ensures implementation of contamination control and maintains cleanliness and safety in the designated work areas at all times in order to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and contamination control policies.

• Graduate of any Engineering course.
• Three (3) years’ related experience in heavy equipment and machines and engines services.
• With at least five (5) years experience in communication and administrative function in heavy equipment industry.
• Strong analytical and planning skills,good communication & presentation skills and excellent problem-solving skills.
