Heavy Equipment Mechanic  

Provides service for the repair, reconditioning and disassembly/assembly of machine/genset electrical components, evaluation on reusability of critical parts, measurements of dimensions, tolerances and alignment, prepares service report and survey, and conducts preventive maintenance, technical analysis, and pre-delivery on unit within Service operational procedures and guidelines with the objective of making units operational and achieving customer satisfaction.

Job Summary:

• Responds to customer needs and accurately performs the required servicing job in order to achieve profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepares and submits service reports, liquidation, job time cards, and other documents to Service Supervisor within 24 hours for non-SOS required reports and within 3 days for SOS required reports in order to timely invoice the work order.
• Performs scheduled Preventive Maintenance on machines/power systems in order to maintain high equipment availability, prevent major breakdown, and minimize unnecessary repairs.
• Performs tasks indicated in the DACUM in order to achieve profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Graduate of two (2) – year electrical/vocational course
• With two (2) years experience in a related industry.
• With Heavy Equipment Servicing NC II
• Strong analytical and planning skills, good communication & presentation skills and excellent problem-solving skills;
