- Act as the primary medical resource person for the resort.
- Administers to medical needs of all guests and employees.
- Maintain all emergency medical equipmentand in house OTC medicines.
- Make reports on all medical related incidents pertaining to guests and employees.
- Endorse to the local hospitals all patients.
- Conducts rounds to assess safety situation of resort guests and facilities.
- Man the clinic.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a licensed Nurse and / or EMT
- Strong knowledge and application of basic life support and other emergency procedures (CPR, First Aid, etc.)
- Solid experience in a hospital environment a PLUS
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to work in shifting schedule or extended hours when necessary
- Must be willing to be on "stay-in" or relocate to the resort
