Deskripsi Pekerjaan

You will:

Travel to client sites to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
Represent Moka’s brand by appearing professional in front of clients and providing top quality customer service
Understand product flow and features
Conduct product and features training to customers
Communicate customer experience and feedback to product and business development team

Kualifikasi Minimum

You have:

Degree in Information Technology or relevant fields
Work experience in support functions
Solid understanding of networking systems
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Has own transportation (motorcycle)
