Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Lead a team of Associates & Analyst to drive projects that impact company OKR
Monitor and mentor the team to ensure projects are within timeline and create sustainable impact to the company
Work on projects across all teams, such as Customer Support, Supply Chain, Customer Success, etc.
Drive projects from conducting root cause analysis of high-priority issues to implementing proposed solutions
Develop team knowledge and capabilities
Understand customer behavior (Example: behavioral economics, consumer journey mapping, consumer decision making models, etc) and conduct research studies that provide foundational learning to inform business/product strategy

Kualifikasi Minimum

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
Self-starter who can work objectively with integrity.
Strong structured & critical thinking, attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skill.
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
Proven ability to work collaboratively cross-functionally.
Proven track of Project Management and Leadership
Has expertise in in Microsoft office, SQL is preferred
