Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage and mentor a team of software engineers (iOS) team
- Drive technical projects and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
- Take responsibility for the overall planning, execution and success of complex technical projects.
- Work closely with product management team to ensure we're building the best products.
- Participate in architecture discussions and planning with Development teams
- Grow top talent engineering team (attract, hire, and manage) while maintaining a great engineering culture.
- Oversee the success and operation of all feature development teams
- Lead some of the most talented engineers in the business to build and maintain high-performance, scalable systems
- Work in tight partnership with cross-functional product team leads, directors, and senior management to produce and execute on our roadmap
- Help design, build, and support our internal and external APIs, services, and user-facing products
- estimation, rapid service development, and be able to arbitrate technology choices
- Make our hardware integration seamless and magical.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science
- Minimum of 6 years of developing apps for iOS or Mac with at least 2 years of management experience
- Demonstrates attention to detail and organization skills
- Demonstrates clear and professional written and oral communication skills
- Is adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated with a strong work ethic
- Interacts effectively with all levels of management and other employees
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
