Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Take orders from Moka merchants on WhatsApp, call and put them in the tracker.
- Coordinate the order between the supplier and the customer.
- Solve problems from the customers.
- Help find the ingredient prices from the merchants to make sure that we serve the cheapest rates
- Maintain relations with the customers
- Remind the customers for the payment
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Having Telemarketing Experience and/or Customer care experience
- Having experience coordinate with supplier and customer
- Attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Self-motivation to achieve set targets and goals
