Program Description:
The BIMA Philippines Management Trainee Program guides and develops high-potential graduates from entry-level to managerial positions in the digital insurance industry. Management trainees can promoted to division managers in as little at 18 months.
Upon entering the program, every candidate will be given a set of responsibilities and accountabilities in order to demonstrate their skills and expertise in sales and operations.

- Manage operations, staffing, and sales along with profit goals in sole assigned retail store.
- Manage store's inventory with all established company guidelines.
- Ensure to receive, check and place all merchandise orders.
- Hire, train, guide, discipline, revise, and terminate organization’s employees.
- Learn about all financial goals of facility and organization through supervising and studying financial performance.
- Interpret profit and loss statements along with sales forecast.
- Manage facility through training as well as working in every facility’s operational areas inclusive of sales floor, front-end, merchandise flow along with offices.
- Participate in all safety activities like safety inspections, risk control meetings, facility tours, and accident reviews.
- Attain individual sales objectives as well as customer service goals.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree holder of any four year course.
- Candidates who graduate in the top 10 of their class or with Latin honors will receive P20,000 plus incentives from onboarding.
- Excellent oral presentation skills.
- Experience as a working student is a plus.
- Extra-curricular experience gained from internships from multinational companies, Non-Governmental Organizations, volunteer work, or the like are a plus.
- If candidate has work experience, candidate should have consistently attained excellent performance and have directly contributed and delivered performance results.
- Previous work experience in investment, insurance, or sales is also a plus.
- Ability to build a strong network.
