Talent Sourcing Associate  

A Search Cosnultant is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support of company-wide recruiting efforts. He/she will assist the screening and interview process, and provides other support, as needed.

• Complete critical job requirements.
• Pre-screen and source applicants.
• Generate pool of applicants for different positions.
• Identify various sourcing channels to ensure continuous supply of qualified applicants.
• Conduct interviews to determine qualified applicants.
• Track applicant’s progress during the recruitment process.
• Support talent acquisition efforts by posting jobs, assisting with the screening, interviewing, reference check, background check and offer letter process.
• Format curriculum vitae (CVs) and prepare staffing documentation.
• Other duties as required.

• Bachelor’s degree (Preferably Psychology/Human Resource)
• Open for fresh graduates and career shifters.
• Demonstrated knowledge of basic recruiting and/or HR principles.
• Ability to perform administrative work of a complex nature with a high degree of proficiency.
• A high degree of flexibility; proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple complex projects, and to work effectively and efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels of the organization and communicate effectively regarding sensitive and confidential matters.
