Sales Development Representative | Telemarketing  

Job Description

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and building strong sales pipelines by scanning for business opportunity.
• Make outbound prospecting campaigns (Emails, LinkedIn messages, Social selling) to generate leads.
• Reach out to leads daily and successfully meet sales quotas over mails, set up appointments, and follow up leads to secure demo sessions for the company.
• Generate interest and bring in successful customers often utilizing product demos and presentations.
• Prepare concise and accurate reviews with sales & financial data and supply management with reports on customers & sales.
• Negotiate/Close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collate inputs for client feedback and present them to team and management.
• Experience in telesales with outstanding verbal communication skills. Passionate about talking to people, understanding their problems, and excited to solve them.
• Past experiences in B2B sales. (preferably - payroll, expense management, procurement software or any related services)

Qualifications

• Previous working experience as an Outbound Sales/Telesales for at least 1-2 years of experience (either in BPO or private company).
• Graduate of any 4 year course (Bachelor Degree holder).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Networking aptitude.
• Positive attitude and a hunter mentality.
• Willing to work from home.
