- Responsible in providing administrative support to the HR Supervisor in sourcing applications, selection, and hiring of the best-qualified candidates to occupy vacant positions in the Company.
- Interview applicants about their experience, education, and skills
- Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
- Hire or refer qualified candidates
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Psychology or equivalent.
- Experience in a manufacturing set-up is highly preferred
- Preferably with 1-4 Yrs experience
