Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide process, materials, and/or equipment engineering technical expertise to manufacturing operations to maintain production performance or restore process capability when the product or standard process is no longer safe, stable, predictable or in control.
- Process safety assessment and improvement initiatives – lead PSM implementation and process safety culture development.
- Develop and maintains documentation of process technology information.
- Develop and executes quality yield and capacity improvement initiatives.
- Capital project support
- Plant/process start-ups
- Product scale-ups, transfers and new product introductions
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or Food Science & Engineering.
- Seasoned technical professional with 5-10 years of continuous processes experiences within the chemical or food industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of critical systems including HACCP, GMP, Hygienic Design and Process Safety Management.
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is preferred
- Technical management experience is a plus
- Excellent Communication skills
