Project Manager  

• Coordinate the activities of Artists, Suppliers, Managers, and other personnel throughout the production process.
• Monitor post-production processes in order to ensure accurate completion of all details.
• Perform management activities such as budgeting, scheduling, planning, and marketing.
• Determine production size, content, and budget.
  • Establish details such as production schedules and management policies.
• Compose and edit scripts or provide Screenwriters with story outlines from which scripts can be written.
• Conduct meetings with staff to discuss production progress.
  • Ensure production objectives are attained.
• Resolve personnel problems that arise during the production process by acting as a Liaison between dissenting parties when necessary.
• Manage correspondence with clients such as meetings, emails, and phone calls.
• Co-manage schedule and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Brainstorm and implement digital strategy and creative marketing campaigns for target market for all content on kimcamjones.com and respective social media platforms.
• Accompany and assist employer on trips out of the country such as fashion week, shoots, and endorsements.
• Conduct basic market research.
• Collate and provide feedback on reader data and effectivity of digital campaigns, conversion rates, traffic, etc.
• Create reference decks for employer's and clients' use.
• Collaborate with Marketing Professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.

The Project Manager will work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule. He/she might work by themselves, or with a team to get the job done. The following is required of you:

  • You will need to be confident in using math skills to make sure you know where your company's money is going
• Design
  • A basic knowledge in Photography, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is preferred.
  • An understanding of Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.
• An understanding and interest in fashion marketing and digital media is highly preferred.
