Performs a variety of general accounting support tasks including:
- Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
- Updating and maintaining accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable, etc.)
- Compiling data and preparing a variety of reports including Statement of Accounts of Suppliers and Customers, and Preparation of Overtime Reports.
- Reconciling records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers. In-charge of Daily Sales against P.O. and Product Dispatch.
- Conducting physical inventory of supplies
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Finance Management or any allied course
- With at least one (1) year job experience
- Computer literate and knowledgeable in spread sheet applications.
- Able to attend to detail and do multi-tasking work
