Restaurant Manager | Luxury, high end restaurant  

We are looking for a resourceful Restaurant Manager with minimum 2 years of mid-level management experience in high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, or other luxurious services. The manager will closely work with Executive Chef and Ownership to maintain, manage, and improve overall restaurant profitability, revenue, and all quality goals. The manager will ensure efficient restaurant operations, maintain high level production, increase productivity, quality, and customer service standards.

• Coordinate the entire restaurant/hotel operation, including front-of-house and back-of-house.
• Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction.
• Respond efficiently to customers' complaints.
• Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible.
• Organize and supervise shifts.
• Appraise personnel’s performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive.
• Estimate consumption, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory.
• Track compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations.
• Control costs and cut waste.
• Successfully promote and publicize the brand.
• Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example as the Restaurant Supervisor/Manager.
• Track operations and start corrective actions.

• Preferably has an experience in a luxurious and high-end restaurant concept.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
