Deskripsi Pekerjaan
An Australian based distributor company is hiring for Customer Support/Admin assistant. This role will be directly be reporting to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducts appointment setting; calendar management; accounts; travel arrangements; research; other general administration duties
- Liaising with Suppliers
- Sending sales emails & follow ups
- Tour data entry & review
- Customer support - Live chat; email; phone calls as a backup to Brisbane team
- Other general tasks to assist the Managing Director & her team
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree of any field is required
- At least 3 years of work experience in customer support or supplier liaison roles handling both verbal (advantage) and written communications (pre-requisite) with customers/suppliers.
- With good written and verbal English skills.
- 3 years of copywriting experience is also an advantage.
- Willing to work at MOA, Pasay for a Morning Shift
