- Coordinates status update and provide prompt response to concerns and inquiries of team members, other departments, and external customers
- Monitors and prepares required reports on the status of equipment and other requirements deemed necessary by the operation of Department
- Provides prompt response to internal and external customer inquiries
- Ensures completeness and accuracy of all information communicated and records being used in the system
- Provides support for the execution of repair services; performs test equipment repair as needed
- Provides service/evaluation reports on each equipment handled from customers
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Educational attainment gained from Electronics or other related Technical courses
- Able to understand detail electronics datasheet and schematics
- Team player, trustworthy, service oriented and can manage priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with good coordination skills, service oriented and must have keen eye for quality and details
- Organized and can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Willing to work at Batino, Calamba, Laguna and able to travel to perform field repair services
