Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Carry out the day to day operations of EHS Department and contribute to the application of effective Environment, Health, and Safety management by providing technical support.
- Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support EHS management.
- Maintain relevant EHS logs and documentation.
- Prepare applicable EHS reports as necessary.
- Provide assistance and advice on EHS issues to make recommendations to facility management.
- Participate in detailed incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Observe EHS regulation, wear all required safety equipment, encourage safe work practices, correct obvious hazards immediately or report them to proper personnel.
- Conduct daily Toolbox Meeting.
- Ability to evaluate PPE and ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE.
- Assist in emergency response and provide first aid treatment.
- Develop Job Hazard Analysis.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possesses at least Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate (COSH, BOSH) or Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
- At least 2 years work experience in the related field.
- Background in manufacturing safety.
- Proactive and able to see and initiate long term improvements.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
