JOB SUMMARY
The Finance Analyst will work together with the Finance Admin Manager in managing the overall finance team. He/she responsible on processing the financial reporting and ensures that all accounting processes are being done in line with government rulings and timelines.
Finance, Accounting & Settlement
- Supervises all financial processes to ensure accuracy of financial information
- Accurate recording of financial transactions in Oracle System in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepares vouchers, purchase orders, cheques and other documents in accordance with delegated authority.
- Processes annual renewal of business permits, tax registrations and book of accounts
- Prepares Annual Financial Statements and other Audit reports.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- At least with 2-3 years of working experience
- A team-player, optimistic and can work with minimal supervision
