Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develops, maintains and proposes improvements to the Bank’s processes, policies and procedures covering areas that are of simple to moderate complexity and organizational impact.
- Participates in ensuring that policies and procedures are aligned with the Bank’s overall strategy, promote good risk management, consistent with the best practices in process design and policy development, and compliant with external regulations.
- Partners with client counterparts (officers and staff) to evaluate and develop policy/procedural changes.
- Serves as a reference resource for identifying and interpreting Bank policy for his or her operational area of assignment/specialization
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Mathematics
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
