Project Manager  

As a Project Manager, you will be the part of the Blanja tech. division to bring Blanja.com become e-commerce marketplace leader in the industry.

With Senior Leaders in Platform team , you will mainly Manage internal integration projects aligning Blanja.com standards and industry best practices for project management to Lead process/project improvements, identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity and improve cycle time.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal integration projects aligning Blanja.com standards and industry best practices for project management, quality assurance, software development and mobile development.
• Work hand-in-hand with local management stakeholders and reate an inclusive, positive work environment where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives.
• Leading process/project improvements, identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity and improve cycle time by reducing wasted time, scrap, rework, etc. resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction
• Responsible for the well-being of the project team in the course of the project
• Responsible for targeting completion of process improvement and projects within a specified time frame.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related relevant discipline.
• At least min 5 years’ experience as project manager
• Proven experience in process improvement and project management, leading projects with a record of successful implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English
• Deeply understand internet technology
• Experience as software developer is an advantage

• Excellent presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written.
• Good project management skills.
• Works well in team environment, with sound negotiation and problem solving skills.
