Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide Level I assistance to application support teams and programmers
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues by following documented processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Mainframe, Windows, and Unix/Linux based on monitoring
- Monitor the Mainframe and Distributed environment via monitoring tools, tickets and/or email messages
- Responsible for documenting and escalating tickets/abend, as needed
- Responsible for escalating to programmers when jobs are running behind schedule
- Interact with customers via the phone and email
- Update problem documentation via the STARS ticket system
- Update process and support documentation as needed
Kualifikasi Minimum
Compensation and Benefits:
- 15% night shift differential

Job Qualification
- Bachelor's degree holder; Engineering or IT course is required for this position
- Has 3 years above experience
- Must have good to excellent communications skills
- Must have a very good end to end experience in doing storage monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting, handling escalations and processing of customer requests
- Must have good analytical skills and be able to perform prioritized tasks effectively.
