Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepares project costing/ estimates.
- Assists in bidding to contractors.
- Prepares bid documents.
- Prepares plans, layouts & details.
- Prepares area take-off.
- Coordinates with other trades for project completion.
- Conduct punch listing & acceptance project.
- Evaluates & recommend accomplishments & billing.
- Attend sites inspection & coordination meeting.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a Civil Engineering graduate;
- Knowledgeable in CAD & STAAD estimating;
- Must be punctual, honest, hard-working and has a positive attitude;
- Has excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Can work with minimal supervision;
