- Conceptualizes and prepares unique and creative designs for fliers, posters, and other marketing paraphernalia.
- Prepares e-banners, e-brochures, e-mail templates, and other digital designs of townships and projects for the sales agents and accredited brokers and sellers of the department
- Designs OOH materials for the Sales and Marketing Department
- Adept in all video and multimedia creation
- Can do finance and administrative tasks
- Provide support in all internal marketing activities
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Design or equivalent
- Must be proficient in Design Composition, Graphic Design, Video Rendering, and use of different platforms such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and the like
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must have the ability to multi-task effectively
- Must be flexible, highly motivated, and committed
- Must be a team player who can work with minimal supervision
