- Recruitment, management and metoring of Sales Division
- Represent the Department in marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, conventions, etc.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Manage Sales Managers and provide them with reports to help analyze their performance.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Kualifikasi Minimum

Bachelor's/College degree in any related course.

Must have 3-4 active Sales Managers (each with 4-5 Property Specilaists)

Dynamic and Strong Interpersonal Skills

Preferably, Licensed Real Estate Broker.
