- Responsible for the administrative services of the organization
- Handle the organization's logistics such as ingress & egress, van schedule, etc.
- Monitor and provide office needs of all departments
- Organize and convey the schedule of messengers, guards, and maintenance personnel
- Process all payment endorsements for all admin related billings
- Orient and train all new incoming personnel under service providers
- Manage job duties of service providers
- Prioritize workloads and ensure that tasks are completed in an effective and timely manner.
- Supervise monthly billing, staff scheduling, and processing of staff requests
- Handle petty cash disbursement & replenishment
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Has Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Office Administration or equivalent
- Preferably with one (1) to two (2) years relevant experience in the same position
- Must be proficient in computer applications
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Must be highly motivated and committed
- Can work long hours
