Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develops new products and make improvements on existing products.
- Coordinates and works with production department in the conduct of batch trial runs for new products or existing products with new process / improved formulation.
- Performs sensory evaluation of new products and products with improvements to assess overall product acceptability.
- Handles product costing of new products and products with improvements.
- Responsible for the creation of product documents: Product Formulation, Process Flow / Manufacturing Procedure, Finished Product Specification, Raw Material Specification, etc.
- Facilitates product cutting of existing products to compare with benchmark or competitor samples.
- Conducts shelf life testing of new products and products with improvements.
- Addresses concerns or queries from different departments and external customers.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Chemistry, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Research, Development, Food Manufacturing, Food Processing, Food Production
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Science & Technology/Laboratory or equivalent.
