Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manages the Distributor/s in the area of responsibility to ensure that deliverables and KPIs in the Distributorship agreement are realized
- Grow the business in the area of responsibility
- Coach the team to ensure that they acquire the required competencies and skills to equip them for better handling of Distributor and GT customers
- Mentor the Operations group of Distributor to ensure that their KRA’s and KPIs are aligned to objectives and goals in the area
- Manage the team to ensure that parameters in achieving performance incentives are accurately monitored and validated
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Graduate of a 4 year course in Marketing or any related field
- At least 5 years experience in managing people
