What are your responsibilities?

• Work alongside project managers and other departments to plan, execute, and close AI software projects, mastering every phase of the project management cycle.
• Foster relationships with various departments, acting as a liaison between the project management team and external partners.
• Utilize information technology tools such as Google Suite, Gantt charts, and spreadsheets to track project progress, manage deadlines, and analyze data.
• Support project managers in evaluating and preparing reports for recommended changes, estimating project costs, and presenting updates to clients.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Maintain organized project documentation, such as filing paperwork, managing records, and ensuring materials are easily accessible

Are you right for the role?

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related field, preferably in the information technology industry (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are also encouraged to apply).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project management concepts and tools.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
