Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Proactively coordinate with clients, supervisors, and stakeholders
- Monitor the quality and efficiency of operations
- Identify and investigate issues through data collection and interviews
- Lead the formulation and implementation of solutions
- Prepare and present reports
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Experience in account management, customer service, or BPO roles preferred but not required
- Flexible with work hours (e.g. rest day on weekdays, or starting work at 1PM)
