Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Receive e-mails and calls from customers and other inquiring parties
- Direct callers to the appropriate department who can handle their concern
- Schedule meetings with clients through phone and e-mail
- Follow-up with clients through phone and e-mail
- Assist the Sales team in compiling documents required for partnerships such as accreditation requirements and contracts
