Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- provide strategic advice to supervisor and manager
- Generate regular reporting with insights on SLA and nature of complaint drivers.
- assess current situation in the Operations area and identify game plans and perform root cause analysis based on data.
- Analyze how the Operations team is set-up to performs their tasks, identify key points to improve their workflows
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to stay on top of the competition
- Identify points for improvement in the business’ operations and processes
- help in redefining the Operations Strategy and effectively drive the implementation of optimization programs
- Propose and execute relevant solutions derived from analyses, working with different stakeholders within the company to implement said solutions
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Exceptional analysis and structured thinking skills
- Attention to detail and keen eye for grammar and consistency of language
- High level of professionalism and effective communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and G Suite
- Knowledge in intermediate Excel functions and formulas
- Heavy college org involvements are a plus
