Business Development Managers drive our company's growth. They find potential clients and identify their needs; then, either introduce them to one of our existing solutions or help customize one. Current clients sometimes have new or urgent requirements - the business development manager serves as their advocate.
This role develops skills for account management, structuring agreements, and market understanding.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Something special (e.g. org leader)
- Comfortable with facing client representatives of high ranking (CEOs, HR Heads, etc.)
- Any college degree, not necessarily Management
