Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Intersegment Accounting Functional and System Lead
- Manage various audit process and work with external auditors regarding accounting and reporting issue
- Coordinate with regulatory accounting team on various issues and initiatives;
- Guide accounting staff in broader team to set up monthly close processes to better support the functional audit
- Performs assessment of risks and controls on broader teams accounting process and propose changes to mitigate risks;
- Understand structure, data, and basic functionality of primary intersegment accounting system
- Coordinate with the system owners to implement changes; understand and communicate impacts of business changes, and provide input on strategic direction of the system;
- Coordinate with the broader team to fully leverage all capabilities of the system by driving execution of the existing implementation plan;
- Develop, implement and maintain processes and procedures for accurate and timely analysis of financial data, ensuring best practices;
- Develop and maintain internal control and procedure for financial reporting;
- Provide operational and technical accounting expertise to ensure compliance with company policies, rules, regulations and laws;
- Summarize the monthly, quarterly and annual reports to senior management, auditors and regulators;
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Accounting standard updates, sec rules update, MS Office.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / 3 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
