Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Receives instructions from the immediate superior by discussing the entirety of the plan, schedules and materials needed; and clarifying any confusion thereof to facilitate sound preparation of undertakings.
- Coordinates tasks to various departments by conferring and receiving pertinent documents and specifications and timetables to facilitate cohesiveness of chores.
- Prepares a schedule of materials by dissecting the Construction Schedule and identifies materials to magnify the allocation of materials by phase, segment, up to specific activity.
- Checks availability of materials by coordinating with the appropriate departments the materials at hand and schedules of deliveries to assure that necessary materials are readily available concurrent with the formulated schedule of materials.
- Inspects the materials received by working with appropriate professionals in the line of quality to make sure that materials are of the superior condition prior to utilization.
- Monitors inventory levels by developing an inventory tracking system which involves logging of received materials and usage and coordinates with appropriate departments to maintain an adequate level of materials.
- Resolves capacity issues by prioritized scheduling and suggestions to meet schedules.
- Keeps self-updated by attending meetings and receiving reports, make necessary adjustments or offer recommendations to facilitate adherence and adaptability.
- Prepares various reports, documentations, etc., by monitoring progress and flow of materials within the operation site to track trends, discrepancies, etc., for documentation and information process.
- Performs other functions which may be required by the immediate superior from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- At least three years work experience in a similar work environment
