Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Validates received instructions from immediate superior by clarifying understanding to conduct tasks accordingly.
- Coordinates directives from the immediate superior by communicating with team members and various related departments to facilitate teamwork.
- Develops logistics plan by incorporating support plans, budget requirements, and deployment timelines to facilitate efficiency in a transport of materials.
- Detects any deviation from plans by maintaining communications with drivers, and other related personnel and department to facilitate development of contingency plan.
- Develops and executes tool and methodologies by observing, monitoring, and analyzing conduct of work to enable effective implementation of logistics plans.
- Suggests standard operating procedures by reviewing current practices and research for best practices to manage logistics operations efficiently.
- Ensures all supervised staff members are trained as well as cross-trained adequately by identifying added logistic training requirements to attain high working standards.
- Organizes files both manually and electronically by creating, maintaining and updating shipment information database to facilitate information process and easy retrieval.
- Prepares reports by reviewing various documents to keep immediate superior and management informed.
- Performs other functions which may be required by the immediate superior from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of any four-year business related course
- With at least three years of relevant work experience
