Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Validates received instructions from immediate superior by clarifying understanding to precisely execute undertakings.
- Reviews all SRS and RS by receiving the same from all departments to determine approval, rejection, or escalation.
- Maintains a database of SRS and RS by:
- Logging all received in a logbook or computer system.
- Inputting all SRS Details on the SRS Monitoring Report.
- Filing physical copies using appropriate office equipment to facilitate safe keeping and information process.
- Directs SRS processing by:
- Coordinating it between various departments.
- Noting down remarks.
- Submitting it to appropriate team member for further processing to facilitate coordination and organization.
- Submits PO for approval to immediate superior by receiving PO Details from appropriate team member and inputting such on the PO to facilitate authorization.
- Coordinates financial component to Accounting Department by providing them with necessary documents for budgetary purposes.
- Submits daily SRS Details to immediate superior by receiving, collecting, sorting, and evaluating to aid immediate superior in information process.
- Performs other functions which may be required by the immediate superior from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any four-year business related course.
- At least one year of relevant work experience.
- Communication skills.
- Planning and organization skills.
- Document management skills.
- Teamwork and coordination.
