Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Validates received instructions from immediate superior by clarifying understanding to precisely execute undertakings.
- Creates a database of forwarders by requesting for quotations from several forwarders, conducts research on supported areas, etc. to facilitate cost efficiency.
- Coordinates shipment terms with Canvasser by conveying logistics specifications to aid in quotation acquisition.
- Coordinates all documentations for overseas shipments by verifying accuracy and providing supplier and forwarders with necessary documents such as Bill of Lading, Proforma Invoice, etc., to facilitate transactions.
- Coordinates with various departments, projects and vendors by securing requests, dates or schedules, and other pertinent details on logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitors completion of Purchase Orders deliveries, especially those with check payments prior to delivery by communicating with various departments to make necessary follow-ups with the suppliers on missed out deliveries.
- Updates immediate superior of any delivery concerns by coordinating details such as stock availability and changes such as price, specifications, delays in schedule; etc., to facilitate resolution thereof.
- Monitors delivery, fabrication, and installation status of Specialty Contractors by coordinating with appropriate project personnel to ensure Specialty Contractor’s adherence to agreement.
- Monitors delivery of company Indent materials by tracking transit from port of origin to warehouse to secure acquisition thereof.
- Keeps immediate superior informed by preparing various reports to aid in decision making.
- Performs other functions which may be required by the immediate superior from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any four year business related course.
- At least one year of relevant work experience.
- Knowledgeable of logistics and transportation management
- Teamwork and coordination.
- Communication skills.
- Planning and organization skills.
- Time management skills.
