Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Achieves accounting operational objective by preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards to establish a well-functioning business process.
- Accomplishes accounting human resource objectives by orienting, training, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations and metrics; monitoring and appraising job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures to better capitalize on this resource.
- Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions to facilitate transcendence to corporate financial goals.
- Implements system improvements by identifying trends, develops and recommend changes to upgrade productivity and efficiency.
- Prepares payments by monitoring and implementing all accounts payable check activations and wire transactions to facilitate distribution.
- Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports to aid top management and stakeholders in decision making.
- Establishes a chart of accounts supported by defined accounting policies and procedures to maintain accounting controls.
- Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy; applying observations and recommendations to operational issues to facilitate smooth collaboration between departments in achieving each and collective goals.
- Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations; recommending new procedures to steer clear of administrative and/or civil cases.
- Maintains an organized set of detailed records and files by documenting financial transactions to facilitate information process.
- Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls and keeping information confidential to protect the organization’s value.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations to remain as an invaluable asset to the company.
- Performs other functions which may be required by the immediate superior from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy; Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- With at least three years of relevant work experience
