Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle all daily messengerial requests of all Departments
- Do vehicle request of all departments and sites.
- Do office request for office supplies.
- Issue office supplies to all departments and sites.
- Perform monthly inventory of office supplies.
- Check delivery of office supplies if they're tallied based on the Purchase Order (P.O.).
- Check all admin accountabilities of resigned employees such as calculator, cellphone, camera, scissor, and USB.
- Coordinate and process all kinds of bonds (new and renewal).
- Performance, surety, and CARI.
- Coordinate and process MDCC Taguig Business Permit.
- Coordinate the maintenance of aircon and pest control of Nakpil.
- Coordinate with the admin of the building for security and safety as well as equipment maintenance.
- Renew PRC license of our Sustaining Technical Employees (STE personnel).
- Perform other tasks that may assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Business or any related course.
- At least 1 year of work experience in a similar work environment.
- Knowledgeable in Admin functions.
