- Scout prospective Merchants to publish products online on the Company's website.
- Work to understand the product or category needs through discussions with or input from Brand Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Engineering, Digital Marketing, and/or Consumer Services.
- Track and update product content, including images, videos, marketing copies, and features/benefits as necessary
- Work in tandem with internal customers, writing and editing creative materials for our customer’s online product pages and any related marketing activities.
- Partner with internal Marketing teams to identify and implement web content projects, process changes, improvements, and efficiencies.
- Ensure retailer performance is met.
- Track status of new items and monitor progress until the product is fully updated on customer sites.
- Handle customer service and customer complaints.
- Evaluate copy based on customer feedback, consumer feedback, product improvements, and market dynamics.
- Report new item status and website content updates on a weekly basis.
- Remain up to date and aware of latest trends related to E-commerce copy and advertising.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Advanced understanding of Information Systems and Databases.

We have our own China office at 15-11A, Hualong Xiao Qu, Hualong Road, Chongqing Republic of China. We have a mixture of Filipinos and Chinese handling trading and manufacturing transactions.
