Technical Project Manager | Scrum Master  

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Technical Project Manager to facilitate development across multiple product platforms.

As a Scrum Master / Agile evangelist, you will be, teaching and mentoring on different levels (teams and managers). You will participate in building an Agile center of excellence, which is setting direction, overseeing and supporting overall Agile transformation. You are able to review existing and elaborate on new processes, governance, and structure.

You must have a genuine interest in web application development. Enthusiasm and willingness to tackle a wide range of roles and objectives are necessary. The PM is expected to optimize productivity across the team and drive the team to success by being innovative, thoughtful and forward thinking. You will work directly with the executives and you will have lots of cross-team communication opportunities.

• 3+ years of services as a technical project manager for a software development team in a thriving fast-paced, quickly evolving, tech start-up environment
  • Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
  • Ability to ensure a proper balance between Business, Product, Engineering teams, and management.
• 2+ years acting as Agile Evangelist in technology sector with large-scale technology programs
  • You have deep knowledge regarding Agile development methods (Scrum, Kanban, Extreme, Test Driven Development), Agile-at-scale (SAFe) methods, Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery
• You have strong servant leadership skills with a passion for teaching and mentoring others and have experience in coaching Agile
• You have excellent communication skills and are able to adapt your communication to different audiences
• You have strong change management skills

Strongly Preferred

• Have at least one Agile certification

Nice to have

• Experience with using Agile tools to drive Scrum teams, track burn down/up, velocity, and report on KPIs (JIRA or YouTrack preferably)
• JIRA/YouTrack and Confluence administration experience
