SwipeRx is a FREE pharmacy practice app and the biggest community for pharmacy professionals and technicians. It offers an easy and convenient way to connect and collaborate, find jobs and drug information, and stay up to date with the latest news and announcements from the pharmaceutical industry and associations. Available in Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. Growing fast in all countries in its first year of introduction.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and the COO of the company, you will be responsible to lead the whole digital marketing activities in Indonesia while collaborating with Global Team across regions. You’ll be a part of rapidly growing startup and take part in revolutionizing E-Health Industry. Other opportunities include:
Social Media
- Build a professional social media network tailored for pharmacy professionals in global scale
Branding:
- Strengthening brand image to all stake holders (professional users, business users, corporate clients, and associations) and develop company strategies for brands and analytics
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
Leadership:
- Leading the marketing team in order to accelerate the business.
- Developing KPI oriented campaigns with the team.
Acquisition:
- Responsible for all online campaign as a key strategy in acquisition and brand awareness
- Discovering new ways and channel to acquire and build brand awareness through online or offline
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- In-depth knowledge of basic and advanced of Facebook Advertising and Google Advertising
- A creative and problem-solving mentality that can lead a team and a good team oriented person
- Responsible, hungry individual that is able to work under pressure with deadline
- Good in communication and presentation skills with analytical insights
- Strong analytical thinking to evaluate and review behavior, trend and how to quickly respond
- A background in offline, events, and PR communications will be a plus
